Workplace wellbeing

Healthier people. Stronger workplaces.

Workplace wellbeing should be more than a one-off event or another PDF that nobody reads. It should help people take practical action, build healthier habits and feel supported throughout the working week.

The problem

Most workplace wellbeing is too easy to ignore.

Good intentions are not enough. People need something simple, visible and practical enough to use during a busy week.

The current model of workplace wellbeing

Workplace wellbeing often focuses on the problem after it’s happened.

Money is spent on perks, discount schemes, perk boxes and gym memberships that often go unused. We run one-off wellbeing days, bring in guest speakers or put a fruit bowl in the office.

Then we wait until someone is struggling before offering mental health support. We wait until someone is ill, unwell or unhealthy before offering healthcare.

The intentions are usually good, but too often it becomes tick-box theatre — evidence that wellbeing is being addressed without getting to the core of the issue. Workplace wellbeing should help people before they reach that point, not only respond once there is already a problem.

What workplace wellbeing should look like

A proactive approach that helps prevent the problem.

Support that helps people build healthier habits before their wellbeing starts to suffer.

Better movement, nutrition, sleep and stress management. Practical support for their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing that becomes part of everyday life.

Because when people are healthier and feel better, they have more energy, cope better and are better equipped for both life and work.

A practical system

Wellbeing people can actually use.

WellWorX gives organisations a simple structure for turning wellbeing from a good intention into something employees can take part in every day.

01

Habit tracking

Employees can log practical wellbeing habits around movement, hydration, nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery.

02

Team challenges

Shared challenges create energy, friendly accountability and a clear reason for people to get involved together.

03

Wellbeing insights

Organisations can view meaningful trends across areas such as mood, stress, energy and participation.

04

Useful content

Short, practical guidance helps employees understand what to do next without overwhelming them.

05

Quiet support

Employees can access support in a way that feels private, simple and less intimidating.

06

Ongoing engagement

Alternating team challenges and personal growth months keeps the programme active throughout the year.

How it works

A clear route from launch to long-term use.

WellWorX is designed to give teams a simple starting point and then build from there.

Step 1

Onboard the team

Employees are introduced to the platform, the purpose and how to get started.

Step 2

Launch with a challenge

A short team challenge creates early momentum and gives everyone a shared focus.

Step 3

Build personal habits

Employees move into simple monthly themes that support their own health and wellbeing.

Step 4

Review useful insights

Leaders can see trends, participation and areas where more support may be useful.
