For busy parents

Run your body like a business.

Successful businesses don't guess. They track what matters, look at the data, spot trends and make small adjustments to keep moving towards their goals.

Your health should be no different. I'll show you how.

Do you recognise yourself?

You know what to do. It just isn’t happening consistently.

You keep promising you’ll start on Monday.

But work, family and life keep getting in the way.

The weight has crept up over the years.

Your clothes no longer fit quite like they used to.

Your energy isn’t what it used to be.

You feel more tired, more often than you’d like.

Exercise has become inconsistent.

You know you should do more, but struggle to make it stick.

You want to be healthier for your family.

Without living in the gym or giving up your life.

This is not about giving everything up

Health should improve your life. Not take it over.

I enjoy meals out, socialising, festivals and a beer with friends. I do not coach perfection, and I do not expect people to build their entire life around a diet.

The aim is to find the right balance. You should be able to enjoy the things that matter to you while still looking after your health, fitness and future.

If a plan only works until the next birthday, holiday or weekend away, it is not a plan that works in real life.

Built from experience. Not theory.

I coach the way I live.

I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people improve their health and fitness. The Healthy Parent Club was built for busy parents who need a practical system that works around real life.

My dad died suddenly from a heart attack at just 56. That experience shaped everything this business stands for and why helping parents protect their health matters so much to me.

I train, I look after myself and I take my health seriously. But I also enjoy going out, socialising, holidays and festivals. That is the balance I coach.
